Hi,

I have 2 Representatives in my Downline right now who are very busy ladies,

Kim and Susan.

Not only do they have a job outside the home, but they have opened their home to people in need on a regular basis. That takes a lot of caring and patience and they are special women to do this.

One manages a conference and banquet site and runs all day long.

The other is assistant manager of a day care facility and has started back to college for nursing.

I am proud of them and glad to not only help them learn the ropes with their Avon business, but proud to call them my friends.

My Representatives who sell Avon are special people who like to make money and have fun doing it. They sell Avon products because it is a trusted name and has a great following because they stand behind the products they sell. There are new products to try in every issue of the brochure. Hi, people who are selling Avon are "in touch"- in touch with new styles, new skin care and make-up products and techniques, and in touch with people of all ages. I have a group of people I have trained who have a business of their own, who enjoy meeting and helping people, trying new things and learning how to develop themselves and work toward their dreams and goals. As for being in touch with my goals and those of the people I have trained, I can see that my goals aren't the same as the goals of my 19 year old business associate, or the same as the one who has three children ages 6, 14 and 17. Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to you!

I am excited! There are now 5 people in my Downline business who have an Avon business of their own! Including myself, 2 of us are married, two are single parents, and 2 are 19 years old. What a variety of experiences to share, and what a lot of different customers we can all serve. I hope that they have a very Merry Christmas! As they face the new year's challenges in their lives, I hope they will remember that Avon is a business that let's you have an opportunity. An opportunity that can succeed: a "business for yourself, but not (isolated, frustrated, unhappy, or un-encouraged) by yourself."

A big thank you to our Disrict 5391 Sales and Business Development Manager, Jennifer Havengar and her Assistant, Annette Gonzalez and to all the Reps- great ladies, and some great men- as well as to mine and their helpful and supportive husbands, wives, girlfriends and boyfriends, children, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends and neighbors. Hats off!

Merry Christmas!

This year has been a blessing to our whole family: my husband and I, our 2 grown children and our daughter-in-law. Everyone has food and clothing, a home, and a good job. We all live closer together this year and so being together more often has been one of the biggest blessings. Thank you Jesus! There have been some tough times, like sickness and car problems, but there is always a Savior to call on for help, and sometimes, rescue so we have hope.

This month I had something special to celebrate in my Avon business. Avon named me a Unit Leader which is a title I havc worked hard at to achieve. I am so thankful to have this opportunity. I am responsible for 5 Representatives who joined Avon under me and have their own Avon businesses. They range in age from 19 to middle-age. Each one is different, with different strengths and talents. I pray for them, too, because God is the head of my business and I have a spiritual responsibility to help them in their lives as needed.

It has been a wonderful year so far, but there is still more opportunity left - 20 days until the new year.

This month is an exciting time to sell Avon because my customers are ordering gifts for their family and friends. I like to see what it is that they think would  make a nice gift and I learn from their choices. They have ordered everything from fragrances, scented body lotions and shower gels, stocking stuffers, kids rooms decor items, and even logo blankets. Shopping early from home makes life a lot
