Dear Avon enthusiast,
Two of my Avon friends have made a wonderful choices in their lives in 2007. One got married and one finally saw a physician. I am so happy for both. For the one to see a physician it took an Avon Assistant to a District Manager, the Rep's former Upline Leader, the District Sales and Business Development Manager a long-time friend and a cousin-in-law, and even then she wasn't sold on the idea. Well, she finally went. I think it took prayer to Jesus to help her realize how desperately she needed a doctor's care. I am a Christian, and I am not shy about asking people to pray for my family and friends. I know that some may grow in their faith in God and some may find God for the first time just by having to exercise faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible says that " . . . he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a Rewarder of them that diligently seek Him."

Well, Merry Christmas to you!
Three years of selling Avon passed quickly and my Avon anniversary in September, 2006 has come and gone. I have faced problems that made me "scratch my head" and blessings that "knocked my socks off".
This has been a good year for me and my family. Our entire immediate family all live in the same state now. We were tornado-free, car-accident-free and all have stable employment. We have a grand-doggy this year, but we are back to "the empty nest" for awhile. Our son and wife had to purchase a replacement car this year, but he found it to be quite the vehicle for driving in the recent snow. Our church has grown more stable in foundational ways and took a step of faith also this year. My Mom made it through a gruelling experience of difficulty walking and my brother is recovering from a painful surgery. My brothers, myself, my husband, my sister-in-law and and my ex-sister-in-law have helped my Mom with care and things that help her stay independent in her own home -- at 92 years old. She is very appreciative. Scott's brother retired this year and then of all things, praise the Lord, found a great job; it's the best in his life so far and is at the church where he and his wife are members.
What is new with you? I would love to hear your stories of how God has blessed you this year, and share any sad times with you that you have had or are going through now. Let's divide our joys and sorrows, O.K., then they can be carried by 2 instead of just one.
